The missing tile shows a hatched arrow pointing down with the dot at the left side (option 5).

How to solve it

  1. Compare neighboring tiles and name what changes each time.
  2. From tile to tile, the arrow in the middle turns an eighth of a turn clockwise.
  3. The fill cycles solid, hatched and outline, then starts again.
  4. The small dot moves two places counterclockwise around the edge at each step.
  5. Everything else stays the same from tile to tile.
  6. The last tile shows a solid arrow pointing down and to the right with the dot at the top. Apply each change once more.
  7. So the missing tile shows a hatched arrow pointing down with the dot at the left side.
