Refund policy
Ask within 7 days of buying and we refund your $4.95 in full. No questions, and your result stays available.
How to ask
Email support@iqoctopus.com within 7 days of your purchase. Write from the email address you used at checkout, or include your result link, so we can find your payment. You do not need to give a reason.
What happens next
We refund the full amount through Stripe to the card or wallet you paid with. How long it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer. We email you when the refund is sent.
Your result page stays available after a refund. We do not take it back.
After 7 days
The no-questions refund covers the first 7 days. If something went wrong on our side at any point, such as a duplicate charge or a result that will not load, write to us and we will put it right.
Before you dispute a charge
Please email us first. A refund from us is usually faster and simpler than a dispute through your bank, and it is the same money back.
