Plate 10 / 16 · Hard

Which tile completes the second pair?

Tap the option you think is right, or show the answer.

Show the answer

The missing panel shows a small solid triangle pointing right, with small solid shapes: a triangle at the bottom-left corner (option 4).

How to solve it

  1. Compare the first two panels and name exactly what changed.
  2. The small shapes move two places counterclockwise around the edge.
  3. Only the main shape turns a quarter turn clockwise; the small shapes stay where they are.
  4. Nothing else changes.
  5. Apply the same changes to the third panel: a small solid triangle pointing up, with small solid shapes: a triangle at the top-left corner.
  6. So the missing panel shows a small solid triangle pointing right, with small solid shapes: a triangle at the bottom-left corner.
