The missing tile shows an outlined arrow pointing down with the dot at the bottom (option 4).

How to solve it

  1. Compare neighboring tiles and name what changes each time.
  2. From tile to tile, the arrow in the middle turns an eighth of a turn clockwise.
  3. The fill cycles solid, outline and hatched, then starts again.
  4. The small dot moves two places clockwise around the edge at each step.
  5. Everything else stays the same from tile to tile.
  6. The last tile shows a solid arrow pointing down and to the right with the dot at the right side. Apply each change once more.
  7. So the missing tile shows an outlined arrow pointing down with the dot at the bottom.
